PAAC is a Leading Public Service Organization Committed to Developing Each Member

Our flagship programs are our award-winning GEMS, a youth development and leadership program for young ladies, as well as our innovative signature programs such as the Community Prayer Brunch to promote Delta’s Social Action Agenda and the SerendipiTEA Arts and Letters event.

Through Delta Internal Development, attendance at Regional Conferences and National Conventions, and PAAC mentoring programs, PAAC exemplifies the highest level of sisterhood, service and scholarship. Additionally, we have a special interest in supporting the transition of collegiate Sorors to alumnae chapter status and reclaiming Sorors living on the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland.
